Community Involvement

At SLP, we are proud to call Tampa Bay our home. Our commitment goes beyond painting—we actively participate in family-focused and community-driven initiatives that uplift and inspire those around us.

In Partnership with MacDill Air Force Base

We were honored to contribute to the renovation of the Special Operations Memorial at MacDill Air Force Base, offering our services in pressure washing and painting to help preserve a site of deep national significance.

Project Makeover at the University of South Florida (USF)

As part of Project Makeover at USF, we proudly donated paint to help transform elementary schools into colorful, inspiring environments that encourage creativity and learning.
“Without Straight Line Painting, our murals would never have come to life. Students walking the halls of Shaw Elementary School are now surrounded by vibrant inspiration to dream bigger and reach farther.”

St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Thrift Store

We were pleased to support Reverend Bob Douglas by donating materials and labor for the painting of the new St. Mark’s Thrift Store, a vital mission supporting the local community.

"On behalf of the good folks at St. Mark's, I wish to express our gratitude to Edison, Thomas, and Tommy for blessing us with the paint and labor needed to ready the rooms of our newest mission to the community, The St. Mark's Thrift Store. With this accomplished, we are ready to start filling the rooms and serving our community. By blessing us, they have quickened our missional effort. Thank you so much!"

We joined the ELC of Pasco and Hernando Counties for a volunteer painting project, helping refresh their office space with donated time and materials.
"We appreciate owner Edison Montoya and his team of volunteers from Straight Line Painting for painting our ELC Coalition offices. Thank you also to Rich Kennedy from @SherwinWilliams in Brooksville for the paint donation. Thank you all for your generosity and time this Saturday morning."

Life Path Hospice Pantry Holiday Drive

We were grateful for the opportunity to support the 2024 Pantry Holiday Drive at Life Path Hospice through food donations and gift certificates, helping bring comfort to families during the holiday season.
"Edison and Frank, in appreciation for your support, kindness, and compassion in helping our 2019 pantry Holiday drive be a big success. Your food donations and gift certificates put hot meals on a table and many smiles to go around. Thank you again! Your Volunteer Coordinator, Theresa Balbin"
